(2) Draw period for the first 10 years requires monthly payments of interest-only or $100, whichever is greater, followed by 10 year repayment period. (3) Prime is defined as the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal as of the last business day of the preceding month. As of 7/27/2023 the Prime Rate is 8.50% with a minimum floor rate of 3.25% and maximum rate of 16.00%.
