Online Banking

 

AllCom Credit Union will be converting to a new and enhanced online banking platform on March 25, 2014.

There are many new features, including a combined single sign on between online banking and bill payer as well as self administration if you forget your password.  

You will be required to re-register once the new site goes live on March 25, 2014, which will involve the following:

     -  Selecting a new user name and password
     -  Receiving a one-time registration passcode to your Email address on file
     -  Setting up new security questions and answers
     -  Setting up a new security phrase and image

Online Banking and Bill Payer will not be available from approximately 9AM-11:30AM on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in order to convert our data. The new online banking site will be available at approximately 11:30AM.

What do you need to know?

Conversion Day - March 25th:
Online Banking and Bill Payer will NOT be available from 9AM-11:30AM as we are converting the data. At approximately 11:30AM, you will be able to log onto the new site by visiting our website at www.allcomcu.org and clicking on Online Banking. You will no longer see a link for Bill Payer.

Bill Payer:
You will now access the bill pay site ONLY through online banking. If you have marked the bill pay site as a favorite it will no longer work on March 25th. This will simplify the process as you will only have one user name and password to remember - your online banking. There will be a bill pay tab within online banking that you will select. All of your existing bills and payees will convert over and will appear just as it does now. You will still be asked to answer security questions and receive a one time Email for high risk transactions such as adding a payee.

Account History:
Your current account history will convert over (approximately 45-60 days). However, it will continue to build over the upcoming months and you will eventually have up to 18 months of activity stored in your new online banking.

Transfers:
There are now two tabs for Transfers - one for transfers between deposit accounts and one for loan payments.

eAlerts:
Any existing eAlerts that you have setup will convert over and will activate as soon as your re-register and log into the new site. Please log in as soon as possible so this will take effect. You will see that there are now more alerts that were available to you then before.

 

 


Access your AllCom accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer or smart phone through the AllCom website.  This account service is FREE to all members.


With online banking, you’ll be able to:

 

  • View current account balances, including detailed histories
  • Download transaction history into personal financial software
  • Transfer funds between accounts, including setting up automatic transfers
  • Request check withdrawals
  • Set up balance and secure e-mail notifications
  • Communicate with AllCom via secure e-mail
  • All transactions are posted immediately
