IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEBIT CARDS
 
Dear Member:

We've received reports that not all merchants have updated the necessary files for debit card transactions to be processed when using a PIN. If you encounter a situation where a transaction with your debit card is denied after entering your PIN, please ask the cashier to try again, this time running the transaction as credit (a signature will be required to complete the transaction).

Unfortunately we do not have a timeline for when merchants will update their files but will update you with more information as we receive it.
