AllCom Credit Union will be adding a new layer of security for the benefit of your financial information with us. We explain below why this is important what you can expect in the weeks ahead.
Why is AllCom doing this now? Online fraud has become an ever-increasing problem these days and AllCom's new enhanced login security will provide you with peace of mind when using our Bill Payer product.
Bill Payer will be able to identify you as the rightful account holder, as a verification process will authenticate you prior to allowing access to your accounts. If the verification process is successful, access will be granted. A challenge question that you predetermine will appear. The correct answer will grant access to your accounts, an incorrect answer will prevent the attempt from being successful.
Authentication prior to access is how enhanced login security may prevent someone from gaining unauthorized access to your accounts, even if that person has learned your Member Number and Passphrase.
