What You Can Do to Help
You can assist us in safeguarding your information by following these simple guidelines:
- Protect your account and plastic card numbers, PINs (personal identification numbers) and passwords. In particular, never keep you PIN with your ATM/Debit or credit card as that makes your accounts vulnerable if your card is lost or stolen.
- Use caution in revealing account and social security numbers, and other identifying personal information to other persons. If someone says they are calling you on our behalf and asks for your account number, you should beware. Our employees would already have access to that information before calling you.
- It is important that we always have your current address and telephone numbers. You can also provide us with your e-mail address. If we detect potentially fraudulent use of your account, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
- We encourage you to share any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to call us - we are here to serve you.
